Parental Motivation

CEPP takes parents as the custodians of learning system in the society. De-linking of school operation and community as a consequence of the nationalization of education, it deposits a lot of hope and optimism in parents. Taking advantage of its practice of community engagement in managing public affairs in the country, it advocates for the localization of education – governance to curriculum to an agreeable extent in the larger society.

Making use of existing provisions of parental participation in schools through School Management Committees, it strives to establish them as representatives of parents and claimants of right to education.  It works from a parent to the federation of SMCs.

It’s a part of Advocacy programmatically and coordinated by Advocacy and Communication Officer, each project has parental motivator and is an important aspect of CEPP’s work.
