Learning Environment

Under this theme, we mainly focus on supporting teachers – appreciating them and equipping them with skills. Following up the training after the delivery and helping shoot troubles of teaching issues wherever we can is our essence of work under this theme.

Another physical activity under this theme is upgrading classrooms. Sitting arrangements on wooden floor together with decorating classrooms with no/low cost material is one of our signature activities. Historically, this is also one of the areas where our international interns are mainly engaged bringing parents, pupils and teachers together.

Installing natural play-things is also a part of the work.  Inducing children on environment with skills to grow food and traditional skills is part of the theme below.

A thematic officer coordinates the theme across projects. Each project has at least one dedicated staff to facilitate this process.
